No. 4001 concentrated, all purpose cleaner/degreaser is another product designed for daily use as part of Trusty-Step's Anti-Slip Floor Care program. It is formulated to provide the cleaning and soil suspension properties necessary to effectively clean and maintain positive slip resistant characteristics in restaurant and food service areas, restrooms, nursing homes, hospitals and light industrial manufacturing facilities, where food, protein-based soils, light oils and dirt can cause slippery conditions. Detergents and surfactants effectively breakdown and suspend soils, removing the potential cause of many slippery floors and then special additives increase the coefficient of friction beyond the level normally inherent in the existing floor surface. Extensive laboratory and field testing on various types of flooring, including resilient tile, ceramic and stone tile, sealed wood and concrete has demonstrated this product's ability to raise coefficient of friction readings beyond those required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the 0.6 SCOF required by the Americans With Disabilities Act.

No. 4001 replaces your current cleaner/detergent and should be used daily. One gallon (3.79 liters), when diluted, will cover approximately 10-20,000 sq. ft. As soon as the floor dries, it is ready to walk on. No. 4001 can be applied with a wet mop or automatic scrubber. NO. 4001 IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE IN AREAS EXPOSED TO WATER.

Application Instructions:

1. Thoroughly sweep or vacuum floor to remove any dirt or soil.
2. Dilute TRUSTY-STEP SLIP-RESISTANT CLEANER/DEGREASER with warm water at the following dilutions depending on the degree and type of soil to be removed:

   Light Duty Cleaning:	8 ounces (236.58 ml) per gallon (3.79 liters) of water (1:16)
   Medium Duty Cleaning:	12 ounces (354.88 ml) per gallon (3.79 liters) of water (1 : 10)
   Heavy Duty Cleaning:	16 ounces (473.17 ml) per gallon (3.79 liters) of water (1:8)

3. TRUSTY-STEP SLIP-RESISTANT CLEANER/DEGREASER may be applied using either a wet mop or automatic scrubber.
   

   USING A WET MOP: Use 2 buckets to avoid redepositing grease or protein soils. Mop floor using a clean cotton or cotton/synthetic mop. Allow the floor to dry completely. Do not rinse.

   USING AN AUTOMATIC SCRUBBER: Place the TRUSTY-STEP SLIP-RESISTANT CLEANER/DEGREASER solution in the feed tank of the automatic scrubber. The solution may be applied, scrubbed and vacuumed up in one step. Allow the floor to dry completely. Do not rinse.
