Trusty-Step Product 2001

Product Information
 No. 2001 Formula 303 is a clear, easy to use chemical treatment which increases the coefficient of friction on the surface of ceramic, porcelain & quarry tile. The treatment microscopically etches a tread into the surface which cannot peel or wash off.

Formula 303 is recommended for use by home owners and the do-it-yourselfer. Application time is 30 minutes. The floor is ready to walk on immediately. One treatment is guaranteed to make the tile slip-resistant for a minimum of one year, indoors or outdoors.

No. 2001 Formula 303 may also be used on porcelain bathtubs. The treatment takes 5 minutes. Only 4 ounces of product is required per bathtub. One application is guaranteed to last a minimum of one year. No. 1222 Non-Slip Acrylic Coating should be used on fiberglass tubs.

For Use On:
 Ceramic, porcelain & quarry tile, and bathtubs

Typical Applications:  (Recommended for use by the do-it-yourselfer)
 Bathrooms, showers, kitchens, patios, swimming pool decks, etc.

Coverage:
 350 - 400 square feet (32.55 - 37.2 square meters) per gallon (3.79 liters).

Packaging:
 Sold in 1 Quart bottles packaged 12 per carton
    and 1 Gallon bottles packaged 4 per carton.

Shelf Life:
 3 years

Application Instructions:

  1. Pour Formula 303 on floor.
  2. Spread evenly with #9004 applicator.
  3. Keep evenly wet for approximately 30 minutes, adding additional Formula 303 as needed.
  4. Rinse with water.
  5. Squeegee or mop dry.
The floor is now ready to walk on and will remain slip-resistant for a minimum of one year.

One Year Guarantee:
 Trusty-Step International Guarantees that No. 2001 Formula 303 when applied according to the instructions provided, will raise the static coefficient of friction on all hard mineral surfaces (ceramic, quarry & porcelain tile) to 0.6, the level recommended by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Routine cleaning and maintenance to remove grease, oil or other substances is required. This Guarantee shall only provide for suppl ying enough No. 2001 Formula303 at no cost, to re-treat any surface that is found to lose its non-slip effectiveness. This Gurantee shall be void if the SCOF of a treated surface falls below 0.6 because of the presence of a foreign substance. It does not cover compensation for injuries or loss es due to slip/fall accidents or other direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the failue of any treated surface to retain a SCOF of 0.6- TRUSTY-STEP INTERNATIONAL.
